A media player, not a content service.
Hany IPTV Player is a media player. It provides no channels, films, series or streams of its own and includes no content library. To use it you must connect a compatible IPTV service (Xtream Codes) that you obtain and pay for separately from an independent provider. The app simply plays the content made available to you by that service.
A personal, non-transferable right of use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and to the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
Use your service and your device safely.
- You must have the lawful right to access any service and content you connect to the app. You are solely responsible for the legality of the subscription and streams you use.
- You must comply with your IPTV provider's terms and with all applicable laws, including copyright law.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and your provider credentials secure.
- You must not use the app to infringe intellectual property rights or to access content you are not authorised to access.
No affiliation.
We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, any IPTV provider, broadcaster, or content owner. Any trademarks or channel names that may appear come from the service you connect and belong to their respective owners. Your relationship with your IPTV provider is solely between you and them; we are not a party to it and are not responsible for their content, availability, billing or conduct.
Respect the app and others' rights
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app except to the extent permitted by law; use it to distribute malware; attempt to disrupt its operation; or use it in any unlawful manner. The app does not provide, and must not be used for, unauthorised recording or redistribution of content.
Offline use is personal.
Where your provider permits, the app can store content on your device for offline viewing. Those files are for your personal use only and remain subject to the rights of the content owner and your provider's terms. Live television recording is not provided.
Features may change.
The app is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. Playback quality and availability depend on your device, your network and your IPTV provider, which are outside our control.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any particular service or content will work with the app.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or any content accessed through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the app or your violation of these terms, of your provider's terms, or of any law or third-party right.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless a mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
Secure payment through the store
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob (personalized if you allow it). You may optionally watch a rewarded ad for temporary ad-free access. Premium removes all ads and the daily download limit; it is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings; cancelling stops future renewals and Premium remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Purchases are processed by the app store (Google Play / App Store) under their terms; we do not receive your payment details.
- Premium removes the in-app advertising experience and download limit only — it is not an IPTV subscription and grants no access to any channels, films or streams.
- Except where required by applicable consumer law or the app store's policies, in-app purchases are non-refundable.
Optional cloud account
The app can be used entirely without an account with us. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we create a cloud account that syncs your own profiles, favourites, watch progress, settings and — for the profiles you sync — your IPTV credentials between your own devices. You are responsible for keeping access to the identity providers you link. You may unlink a provider, sign out, or delete the cloud account and all of its data from inside the app at any time; deleting the cloud account does not delete the data stored on your device. What is stored and how it is protected is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the app evolves; the "last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
